The board scoreboard
Most fan data programmes are reported upward as activity: platforms live, campaigns sent, records loaded. None of those tell a board whether the thing is working. These six do, and each one carries the reason it is on the page. Synthetic data, labelled as such.
Records per real person is the one to read first. It is the duplication number, it is the reason a fan count is wrong, and it is the first figure a board disbelieves. Every other number on this page is unreliable until that one is honest.
Why these six and not twenty
A scoreboard that needs explaining is not a scoreboard. Four of these are structural and move slowly, which makes them the right things to commit to in a board paper. Two are operational and move weekly. Nothing here reports a platform being live, because a platform being live is not an outcome.
