1992 Philippine House of Representatives Election

May 11, 1992 · Congress restored · 200 seats, 101 for a majority

The LDP, the party built around Speaker Ramon Mitra, won the most district seats, but Fidel Ramos's narrow presidential win drew members to his new Lakas–NUCD and Jose de Venecia became Speaker.

Seat totals are the elected district seats only. Until 1998 up to 25 sectoral representatives were appointed by the president, not elected, and are not counted here.
