Social Democratic Party finished first with 90 of 200 seats on 43.1% of the vote. Turnout 51.1%.

The Eduskunta itself was elected on a genuinely universal franchise, but the Russian Emperor dissolved it repeatedly through this period and it barely sat once the First World War began.
