Social Democratic Party finished first with 86 of 200 seats on 40.0% of the vote. Turnout 59.8%.

The Eduskunta itself was elected on a genuinely universal franchise, but the Russian Emperor dissolved it repeatedly through this period and it barely sat once the First World War began.
