🏀 The 2000 women’s NCAA tournament
64 teams. The champion, the title game, the Final Four and how far every team in the field went.
2000 national champion
The NCAA tournament winner.
The title game
Only the final is certain in the source; the earlier pairings are not.
The Final Four
The four teams that reached the national semifinals.
How far each team went
Every team in the field, grouped by the furthest round it reached, with its seed.
Matchups are not in the source: it holds each team’s seed and furthest round, so there is no bracket to draw. “First game” means the team lost the first game it played; “Second round” means it won at least one game and was out before the Sweet 16.
