How it works

The answer is one of the top 300 metros on the power ranking. No metro repeats within 300 days.
Each guess shows the distance to the answer, an arrow toward it, and whether the guess sits in a nearby power-ranking band.
Clue 3 is the best-rated team in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or the live football club ranking. Clue 4 is the largest company on our market-cap boards. Clue 5 is the head of government’s party, as we hold no tallest-building heights.
