National Liberal Party finished first with 300 of 387 seats on 52.0% of the vote. Turnout 68.0%. Gheorghe Tătărescu replaced Ion Duca.

Governments were organised by whoever held the interior ministry at the time; the 1922 article's own account describes army officers campaigning inside polling stations for the ruling party.
