National Liberal Party finished first with 318 of 387 seats on 62.7% of the vote. Turnout 77.0%. Ion I. C. Brătianu stayed in office.

Governments were organised by whoever held the interior ministry at the time; the 1922 article's own account describes army officers campaigning inside polling stations for the ruling party.
