Social Democratic Party finished first with 80 of 200 seats on 37.0% of the vote. Turnout 70.7%.

The Eduskunta itself was elected on a genuinely universal franchise, but the Russian Emperor dissolved it repeatedly through this period and it barely sat once the First World War began.
