Partial general elections were held in Belgium on 14 June 1859. The result was a victory for the Liberal Party, which won 69 of the 116 seats in the Chamber of Representatives and 31 of the 58 seats in the Senate.

A censitaire election: only taxpaying men — around one to two per cent of the population — could vote. Recorded here as history, not a mass democratic election.
